Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Kurt Wissman LLC ("we", "us"), which operates Quickdraw at quickdrawduels.com. By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
The game
Quickdraw is free to play and is an early release. Features, rules, the leaderboard, and future cosmetics may change, and the game may sometimes be unavailable. We may reset or adjust leaderboards and saved times while the game is in early release.
Your account
You can play as a guest or sign in to save your best times. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email or Google account secure. Choose a player name that isn't offensive and doesn't impersonate someone else. We may change or remove names that break this rule.
Fair play
You agree not to:
- cheat, use bots or scripts, modify the game, or exploit bugs to gain an advantage or post a time;
- submit times that did not come from real play;
- interfere with other players' duels or with the service;
- attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours;
- harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
We may remove times from the leaderboard, and suspend or remove accounts, that break these rules.
Duels and the bot
Duels are played directly between two devices. Each device times its own player from the moment it shows DRAW!, so the faster reaction wins regardless of connection speed. Leaderboard times are kept separately for duels and for games against the computer-controlled bot.
Virtual items
Cosmetics and other in-game items, when added, have no real-world value and can't be exchanged for money. If we add purchases in the future, they will come with their own terms.
Ownership
Quickdraw, its artwork, and its code belong to Kurt Wissman LLC. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the game or its assets.
No warranty and liability
The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for lost times or data, arising from your use of the game.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will update the date above; continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.
